The following terms & conditions govern all purchases made through this website. Please read them carefully as they contain important information.
Out of Stock
From time to time we may experience a shortage of a particular product you have ordered, in which case we will contact you with alternative products, colours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you; if this is unacceptable we refund your card within 2 working days and will send you an email to confirm cancellation of the order.
We do not accept card payments from a number of countries due to trading or banking restrictions either in that particular country or best banking practices between a given country and the United Kingdom. In this instance we will email you and refer you to our bank details, so you can pay by BACS or Electronic Transfer.
Returns and Refunds
If your order is returned to Active Tan Ltd (trading as Liquid Sun Rayz UK) due to failure on your behalf to sign or collect the package from our courier's depot, if you change your mind, or have not paid attention to the sizes / products shown when you ordered a surcharge of 10% will be incurred (minimum of £5), this is to cover the cost of handling, re-stocking and administration as these costs are heavily subsidized. If we are unable to contact you, we will hold your items for three months, at which point we will dispose of your goods if we have not heard from you and no refund will be given.
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please contact us to confirm our returns procedure. Anybody failing to do this will have their returned item refused.
If you have ordered items and, on their arrival, you wish to change the size we will do so only if the labels are still attached to the goods and their packaging is undamaged. For liquid products we will only accept returns if the product is unopened and the seal is intact and unbroken. Please note: we cannot accept returns on posing trunks for hygiene reasons. We withhold the right to charge you for the resending of the chosen alternative (typically £4.00 to cover resending by Recorded Delivery).
If you have ordered items and they are damaged on arrival we can only exchange them if the consignment has been opened in front of the courier driver and s/he has been made aware of any problem/damages; we cannot accept any liability for damages discovered after this time.
Active Tan Ltd does not accept liability for damage in transit or at the delivery destination; any exchanges we make are as an act of good will and in an attempt to prove our level of commitment to our clients.
